What is the Boys & Girls Club?

The Boys & Girls Club is an afterschool program that promotes and enhances the
development of the boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness,
belonging, and influence.

Where is the Boys & Girls Club?

We are located in Central School at 200 3rd Ave SE, Sidney, MT 59270

How much does it cost?

Membership is $30 a year

What if I can't afford it? Can my child still go?

Yes. The Boys & Girls Club is happy to offer scholarships to kids who need assistance.

Who can come to the Boys & Girls Club?

Every child in kindergarten through 12th grade is welcome. Right now the Club does not have a teen center but we hope to have one in the future.

When is the the Club open?

The Club is open Monday thru Friday 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. unless school is closed.
Then the Club is also closed. On days when the kids get out of school early,
then The Club opens at 1 p.m. and closes at 6 p.m.

What do you do at the Boys & Girls Club?

The Club offers a wide range of activities, from academic help to arts & crafts, games room, gym, and special
field trips. Program areas include both individual and small group activities. Specialty classes are taught when volunteers are available and have included sewing, cooking, clowning, guitar, sign language, archery, bike safety and others.

Will the Club help me do better in school?

Yes. The Club provides homework help and tutoring everyday through the "Power Hour" program.

How do I register?

A parent or guardian needs to come in person and complete the necessary forms to register during regular Club hours. There is no waiting period; children may enjoy Club activities the same day. We encourage parents or guardians to visit a Club for a tour.

How often can I come to the Club?

You may attend as often as you want—every day or occasionally. Our programs allow for participation whether you attend regularly or on a drop-in basis.

Does the Club serve meals?

No. We do, however, offer a healthy after school snack.
