CEO

Madison Miller

CEO@RICHLANDBGC.ORG

My name is Madison Miller, and I couldn't be more thrilled to be joining the Boys & Girls Club this summer. I grew up in the town of Tumwater, Washington, and later moved to Seattle after earning my bachelor's degree in science from The Evergreen State College. For 11 years, I played competitive volleyball, and after graduating, I had the privilege of coaching select and high school volleyball teams.

In 2018, God brought me to my husband, and we happily tied the knot in May 2020! Since then, we've settled down in Sidney, Montana, and we're happy to have made it our forever home.

Throughout my career, I've primarily worked as the Director of Procurement for a general contractor, overseeing government and commercial construction projects, as well as recurring maintenance work.

In my free time, I have a variety of interests that keep me busy and creatively engaged. I enjoy sewing, crafting stamps, tending to my garden, making soaps, and so much more.

I'm absolutely delighted to become a part of this wonderful Boys & Girls Club community starting this upcoming school year. I look forward to collaborating with our dedicated staff and the amazing Richland County community to ensure the best possible experiences for our members.

If you have any questions or would like to learn more about me, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm eager to connect and have some fantastic interactions ahead.

HR DIRECTOR

TRACY KESSEL

T.KESSEL@RICHLANDBGC.ORG

I am married to Aaron Kessel and we recently celebrated our 33rd anniversary. We have 4 grown daughters, Ashlynn , Aubrey , Alyssa, and Amanda. We have lived in Sidney for 17 years.

I am a re-tired teacher of 25 years. I taught grades K-5 but have had almost 15 years of experience teaching Pre-K and Kindergarten in Wyoming and Montana. The last 11 years of my teaching career I taught in the Sidney School District in the K2 (full day) and K1 (half day) programs.  I wasn’t quite ready to leave my teaching career entirely so started here at Boys & Girls Clubs of the MonDak in the summer of 2019, just a month after retiring from the Sidney Public Schools.

I enjoy working here and making a difference in our members and their families’ lives. This is a wonderful transition into full retirement. Boys & Girls Club has a wide variety of programs that teach our members about being responsible, healthy and productive citizens. I am fortunate to have found a place where I can still educate children, outside of a school setting.
